Dear dr Goswami,

I strongly support and use your quantum consciousness theory. As organisation consultant I believe that this is also applicable in organizations. They have their own collective consciousness. I’m currently developing ways to activate that consciousness, and enable organizations to assess and use their creative capabilities. In my opinion this leads to a paradigm shift in the way organiszations are (should be) structured and managed.

Can you help me acquire more quantum insights in this context? Perhaps there are books or papers available on this specific subject? Or research?

Dear Dr. Goswami:

The process is already underway at all levels. Recovery programs such as Alcoholics Anonymous and its affiliates are shifting the selfish egotistical ideals of self-centered, jobless, homeless, drug addictive, criminal, alcoholic, abusive, non-caring people toward being useful members of society with care and compassionate for others. More people are showing up at their meeting facilities each day; people whose lives have become unbearable yet intuitively know there is an alternative way to live.

Iâ€™ll do all I can to assist us, Dr. Goswami. Thank you for your leadership.

This change will come. It is just a matter of time. It might take another 200 years of mass-cultural evolution done by nature, until we finally have nature`s evolution starting to act according to the values of humanity. The time of â€œEvolutionary Post-Autismâ€ is about to hap-pen for mankind.

Will future generations ever advance a work ethic where it is not longer about being better than the other, but more about sharing and creating something in interaction with others in harmony (Xingshu) with nature and humanity?â€

would you see the current global market-failure as an initiative for a big-bang transformation which will shake the foundation of cultural-traditions? Thus, creating evolutionary pressure on the individual to overcome subjective and collective knowledge inertia for a change to the better (Clean Energy and “Zero-Footprint Industries” for nature)?
